I was extremely lucky to have attended one of Lisa’s leadership programs some 12 years ago. It was at this time that I made a commitment to myself that, wherever possible, I wanted as many of my leaders to experience the same inspiration I felt during the program.
Lisa immerses herself into understanding your business needs but, importantly, also the needs of each individual to ensure they can be the very best they can be. I’ve watched much of my team grow and develop into capable leaders who now hold very senior roles in various organisations.
I appreciate their ‘no excuses’ approach, how they ensure that staff has a very clear understanding of accountability and responsibility, and their focus on ensuring that everyone drives their own learning and development. They’ve delivered programs on change management, courageous conversations, leadership skills, high performing teams, corporate story telling, values assessments, and communication skills. Every staff member who has attended one of their workshops comes away inspired and wanting more.
The Who Am I Projects team has consistently delivered programs and team building experiences for me over the years, for whatever organisation I’m working with. This team will always will be my first choice when I’m looking to grow both potential and senior leadership capabilities.
