With some pretty impressive qualifications (including a Master of Applied Psychology and accreditations in a range of assessment tools and inventories), Chris brings more than just a sharp set of moves to the Who Am I Projects dancefloor (and that’s no lie – he’s always the first out there and the last to leave). He exudes energy with his coaching and development work, driving cultures that nurture high performance.
How? He challenges his clients to examine their perspectives, choices and actions, and supports them in building more effective and impactful ways of leading, engaging and working with others. In designing and delivering a broad suite of organisational development consulting solutions, and working with all levels of leadership (from Boards/Senior Executives to front-line managers), Chris has proven that the right organisational systems, structures and cultures can liberate human potential and, ultimately, drive performance.
It’s just as well Chris is so awesome at leadership development – according to his wife, he’s a pretty average handyman!
